He was predeceased by : his wife Rhonda. He is survived by : his children, Simon, Tracy, Jay, Matt and Ashleigh; his brother Nick; his sister-in-law Christine; his nieces and nephews, Adam, Kellie and Luke. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Donations in lieu of flowers to the Heart Foundation would be greatly appreciated. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Manning Great Lakes Memorial Gardens (183 Pampoolah Rd, Pampoolah NSW).
