Kandice Gibert wrote a sympathy message

“Although I never met Nipsey, but I have read, listened, and followed up on him. I can't think of a more inspiring person who I have never met, that have given me so much insight about life, love, concern, care and support of others. You have truly made a difference in the world and for that, I thank our most high, God for giving you to us! Thank you for all you have done. My prayers are with your family and children during this time of grievance. You will forever be remembered, missed and carried in our hearts. ~ Kandi”
