It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Champion (Christchurch, South Island), who passed away on November 5, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his child Philip (Robyn); his sibling Esme Luttrell Preston; his parent Malcolm Hyde. He is survived by : his spouse Gwen; his children, Malcolm (Raelyn), David and Hamish (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Scott, Helen, Jody, James, Charlotte, Rebecca, Andrew, Nigel, Michael, Jonathan, Charis and Carson; his great grandchildren, Lucy, Georgina, Madeleine and Barnaby; his step-grandchild Asher; his siblings, Neville Hyde and Dorothy Barnes; his parent Katharine Hyde. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance (Cheviot Branch) would be appreciated and may be made at the service.
