He was predeceased by : his mother Lisa. He is survived by : his father Daniel A.; his daughter Nova Haddix; his brothers, Austin Haddix and Cody; his grandfather Ollie Haddix. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A reception will be held on Sunday, December 8th 2019 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dalton Funeral Home (6900 Weaver Rd, Germantown, OH). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 8th 2019 at the same location.
