She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Matilda Jeanette Hill Scott and Clifford Scott; her brothers, Hubert and Robert; her husband Hazelyn Lewis; her children, Peter Clifton Lewis, Ronald Charles Lewis and Alicia Lynette Lewis; her daughters-in-law, Willow J. Sanchez and Marcia D. West; her granddaughter Lana E. Hazelyn Lewis; her nieces and nephews, Keron Scott Forte of Montgomery, Ala, Renan Scott of Harvest, Ala, Dr. Wayne Scott, Dr. Hubert R. Scott, III of West Springfield, Dr. Rashad Scott of Columbia, Anwar Scott of Columbia, Houston Scott of Houston, Austin Scott, Justin Scott of Harvest, Ala, Winston Scott and Kellee Scott of Montgomery, Ala.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2019 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Black and Clark Funeral Home (2517 E Illinois Ave, Dallas, TX). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2019 at 12:30 PM at the Wildwood Chapel.
