He was predeceased by : his son Keith Allen McIntosh Sr.; his grandson Chance McIntosh; his siblings, Fonso McIntosh (Brenda) of Ransom, James Larry McIntosh (Diana) of Arkansas and Nettie Goins (Tim) of Matewan, W. V. He is survived by : his wife Kathie McIntosh; his children, Lisa Godines (Mario) of Central City, Sabrina Mayes (Jason Blatz) of Ratcliff and Priscilla McIntosh (Raymond Lane) of Browder. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends.
