It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd O. Murray (Colfax, North Carolina), who passed away on July 12, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Arnold and Cornelia "Polly" Jones Murray; his siblings, Arnold, Silas, William Murray and Wonnie M Hase. He is survived by : his wife Dorotha H. "Dot" Murray; his brother Paul Murray (Gloria). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 17th 2019 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Shady Grove Wesleyan Church (119 N Bunker Hill Rd, Colfax, NC). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 17th 2019 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
