J.; her parents, Raymond E. Simpson and Violet Bozarth-SImpson; her husband Harold Congdon. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 16th 2019 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Mannford Funeral Home (170 Phelps Ave, Mannford, OK).

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 17th 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Lakeview Christian Church (155 Coonrod Dr, Mannford, OK).
