KENNETH CALDWELL KALLENBACH, 52, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2017, in Nashville, Tennessee. The son of James R. and Phyllis (Caldwell) Kallenbach, Ken was born on February 8, 1965 at the University of Chicago Hospital. He grew up in Park Forest, Illinois, and graduated from high school there. He moved to Alabama as a young man, and worked as a computer graphic artist for many years; he also was an accomplished guitarist and musician. Ken was married three times, and was the father of two sons. He moved to Nashville in 2010 to work in the music industry there. Ken struggled with addictions for much of his adult life, and in the end was not able to overcome them.
Leaving behind to mourn his passing is a brother, Kevin, New Lennox, IL; a sister, Karen (Mike) Sklar, Childersburg, AL; a brother James, Grafton, WI; sons Rumi and Rasmus, Birmingham, AL; niece Cassidy (Sklar) Poe, Ragland, AL; nephew Ian Sklar, Childersburg, AL; niece Jillian Kallenbach, New Lennox, IL; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
